WORKOUT OF THE WEEK
Perform
4 Rounds in a circuit, yes that is a mile run! Use DBs or KBsRest 30-60 seconds in between sets and 90-120
seconds in between circuits 1.
Run 1/4 mile2. Push Press Squats: 12-16 reps
3. Trunk twists:
20-30 reps, 10-15 per side
4. Mountain Climbers: 40-50 reps, 20-30 per leg
5. Bench Push-Ups: 12-20 reps
6. Pull-Ups (max);
Playground swing rows, or bent over rows or 12-16 reps
7. Bench Knee ups: 15-20 reps
8. Gate swings or Jumping
jacks, 40-50 reps then go right in to ¼ mile run
