"Efrain has helped me become the best athlete I can be. Through proper guidance and
instruction he has transformed my body. His training principles and knowledge has helped me get bigger, faster and stronger.
He has helped me reduce my 40 yard time by .6 (4.44 personal best) and this has also helped me to develop into an All County
Football player as well as an All-State Wrestler. He is committed to bringing out the best in me and he is constantly challenging
me to reach my full potential. I look forward to training with him through out my football career. Not only is he my trainer,
but he has taught me valuable life skills that I will take with me where ever I go."

"Working with Efrain Larenas has been both a blessing and a challenge. I became his
client just about six months ago, after deciding that my life would end prematurely if I did not engage in a disciplined exercise
regimen. In six short months, I have evolved from being able to run for barely one minute to running for 39 minutes without
walking and running a personal best sub 30 minute 5K (29:34)–not to mention down two dress sizes. Awesome! More importantly,
however, I am building muscle and moving towards my enormous goal of running the Marine Corps Marathon in 2005. As a professional
scientist with responsibilities for staff, I appreciate Efrain’s professionalism; his ability to strongly encourage
without any indication of harshness; and his ever-present positivism. He has succeeded in ridding my exercise vocabulary (and
perhaps my vocabulary in general) of the word “can’t.” He is a bright, well-adjusted, God-fearing, family
man who brings his positive attitude to bear on his clients very successfully."

"In six months I have achieved results – 20 pounds lighter, 2 dress sizes smaller,
3 mile runs, greater physical stamina and a whole new attitude to diet and life in general!!
Efrain is not just
a fitness coach. In many respects he is a lifestyle coach because the client can transfer the lessons and achievements on
physical fitness to their lifestyle. His coaching is guided by the three principles of: 1. Purpose – helping the
client to set realistic goals that are aligned with their values and priorities. My goal is simple to increase my level of
physical activity and to lose weight while respecting my body and God-given talents. 2. Process – raising the client’s
consciousness, supporting and challenging. Efrain’s priority is to teach the basics. He taught me how to run-head up,
fists pumping and feet straight. By emphasizing the basics, he helps the client to be focused, disciplined and successful.
He supports and challenges by doing every exercise along with the client-cheerfully and persistently without bullying. 3. People – working with the client to support learning and change. He works very hard to build and maintain an effective
working relationship with the client. He is always on time. He treats people with courtesy and respect. He focuses on the
little things that matter, e.g., providing information to help the client achieve their goals - shoes, clothes, treatment,
diet.
These are three basic principles that anyone can apply to or reinforce in their life regardless of their
age, profession, or goals!"

Efrain:
The Hammond Football players who participated in the
EPASS Training Sessions thank you for your hard work and dedication. In the short amount of time, it has certainly paid off.
For example:
1. Bobby Kunlo-At the 1st session ran a 40 yard sprint at 4.57. His last session he was clocked
at 4.47 and 4.49. This was tested at the end of the last session during the hot, humid weather! Way to go Bobby!
2. Andrew Blair-At the 1st session ran a 5.17 and a 5.12. His last session was timed at 5.05 and 5.08. Way to go Andrew!
From everyone who participated....These six sessions got them off the couch and in gear for the two-a-day practices
and the upcoming season to come! Thanks for your professional training and conditioning from each one of these players.
Here's to a winning season at Hammond High School
Thanks Efrain!

Efrain,
Thanks again for the time and energy that
you showed my daughter Alex. I can't believe her improvement in only two and a half months. Her speed improved dramatically.
Her form went from a fast jogger style of running to that of a sprinter. She now looks like she's flying. I was also impressed
with her increased agility, stamina, balance and most importantly her power and strength. She increased her explosiveness
by 25% in the short time that you had her as well as lowered her time by 0.5 in the 40 yard.
Once again, we will
be calling on you for more training in July for the month of August. Take care until then.

Efrain, you have made a positive impact in my life. You inspire me by motivating me to push
and challenge myself. You are supportive and caring, yet serious about your work. You enjoy
it and I appreciate that. You remind me a lot of my Junior and High school coaches. Because
of you, I have changed a few bad habits, and have returned to a few things I said I would NEVER do again (running). I
have a new look on life: mind, body, and (spiritually-thanks to you and Karen introducing me to my new church family).
I am blessed to have you and your wife in my life in so many ways and I know this is all God's plan. Thank you, LeTetia Latney http://www.gazette.net/stories/010308/uppenew150618_32358.shtml

Efrain,
thank you for training me and encouraging me. I love the workouts and its great to burn 300 + calories
in 30 minutes or less. Thanks for being a patient coach, a fair coach, and most of all, a fun coach! Tanya
Morsell May 2010 Efrain, it
was a pleasure to train with you. I wish I didn't have to take a brief sabbatical, but I promise to continue with the
regimen you emailed me so that when I return, my body (which is the temple
of GOD) will be a reflection of my commitment to physical fitness.
You have been an awesome trainer, and I would gladly recommend you in a heart beat. May God continue to use your gifts and talents to bless others. Take care and God bless you. Linda Willis, August 2010
